- You are eligible to donate whole blood if you last donated on or before January 17, 2010.
- You are eligible to donate double red cells if you last donated on or before November 22, 2009.
- You are eligible to donate platelet pheresis if you last donated on or before February 28, 2010.
- You are eligible to donate plasma pheresis if you last donated on or before February 14, 2010.
