- You are eligible to donate whole blood if you last donated on or before March 28, 2013.
- You are eligible to donate double red cells if you last donated on or before January 31, 2013.
- You are eligible to donate platelet pheresis if you last donated on or before May 9, 2013.
- You are eligible to donate plasma pheresis if you last donated on or before April 25, 2013.
