- You are eligible to donate whole blood if you last donated on or before December 15, 2009.
- You are eligible to donate double red cells if you last donated on or before October 20, 2009.
- You are eligible to donate platelet pheresis if you last donated on or before January 26, 2010.
- You are eligible to donate plasma pheresis if you last donated on or before January 12, 2010.
