- You are eligible to donate whole blood if you last donated on or before September 29, 2009.
- You are eligible to donate double red cells if you last donated on or before August 4, 2009.
- You are eligible to donate platelet pheresis if you last donated on or before November 10, 2009.
- You are eligible to donate plasma pheresis if you last donated on or before October 27, 2009.
