- You are eligible to donate whole blood if you last donated on or before March 23, 2012.
- You are eligible to donate double red cells if you last donated on or before January 27, 2012.
- You are eligible to donate platelet pheresis if you last donated on or before May 4, 2012.
- You are eligible to donate plasma pheresis if you last donated on or before April 20, 2012.
