Currently the following positions are open:

CDL Class B Driver / Set-up Tech

Responsible for providing a superior level of service including: preparing for mobile blood drives; packing supplies; loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down mobiles; driving and maintaining bloodmobiles; sealing and preparing units for delivery to the laboratory; maintaining legible and accurate quality control records at all mobiles and fixed donor sites; maintaining a knowledge of and complying with all regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures; maintaining strict confidentiality; managing donor reactions with appropriate care; and, all other duties as assigned by supervision.  Must have a clean driving record and be available to work fluctuating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Donor Services Supervisor

Responsible for directing and coordinating mobile and fixed site donor service operations in accordance with organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.  Specifically charged with the effective operation of all whole blood and apheresis blood collection including: staffing; training; quality; donor service; regulatory compliance; upkeep and maintenance of fixed sites and mobiles; controlling supplies and inventory; direct supervision of bargaining unit personnel; disciplinary action; and, documentation.  Position takes "on call" for the purpose of answering medical questions and inquiries on donor suitability, as well as resolving ongoing operational issues and staffing concerns.  Must have one- to -three years’ blood bank supervisory experience and basic PC skills.  EMT, LPN or MLT preferred.  Superior organization, communication, leadership, training, and donor relations skills are essential.  Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Blood Collection Technician

Seeking individuals with medical experience / training, superior interpersonal skills, who are willing to work an irregular part-time schedule of approximately 30 hours per week (excellent potential for full-time employment). Experienced or certified phlebotomist preferred; LPN, MLT, paramedics also encourage to apply.
